Facilities

We have three sites in Launceston which together provide a complete range of facilities for grit blasting, burn-off, degreasing, powder coating and wet painting, and able to handle a wide variety of products.

Our facilities are constantly upgraded as required to give our customers the highest quality and fastest service.  We have recently upgraded our ovens and opened a new grit blasting facility.

Powder Coating

• 3 × Gema Volstatic coating machines
• 1 × 5½ metre split-bay powder booth with cyclone after filter recovery system
• 1 × 2 metre by 1 metre spray booth with after filter recovery system
• 1 × 50 metre conveyorised track oven
• 1 × 20 metre conveyorised track oven
• 1 × 2 metre by 2½ metre box oven
• 1 × 3 metre by 4 metre box oven for heavy items

Wet Painting

• 3 x pressure pot spray systems
• 1 x 3 metre water wash booth
• 1 x 3 metre dry back booth

Grit Blasting, Burn-Off and Degreasing

• Large grit blasting booth
• General sanding, finishing and cleaning
• Vapour degreasing

Masking
